If you made an online order for the museums but you still did not receive your Print@Home ticket we suggest to follow the instructions present in the following article:
For orders made before the 17 April 2024 and for some orders for groups of more than 8 visitors the tickets purchased will be given to you at the Museum ticket office upon presentation of the order confirmation received via e-mail.

The ticket office is located at the entrance of each Museum and the priority admission is granted to those who book online.
