There are three types of fares you can select from when buying a ticket: "full price", "reduced" and "free".
By purchasing your tickets online in addition to the cost of the fare selected you will pay an additional cost for reservation equal to 4€ for the museums: Galleria degli Uffizi and Galleria dell'Accademia and 3€ for the other museums.

If you are eligible for the reduced/free ticket, you can buy it online through our website B-ticket (Official website tickets Firenze Musei Uffizi e Accademia (b-ticket.com)).
After choosing the Museum, date and time of your visit, you only need to open the tab “Reduced and combo”:

Remember that you will be asked to present the documentation that proves you are eligible for this kind of fare.
