There are two discounts available, one for the Galleria degli Uffizi and the other for Palazzo Pitti, both of them are exclusive for the "High Season" period (from the 21th of December to the 9th of January and from the 21th of February to the 9th of November).
If you arrive at a later time than the one selected during the reservation the ticket will still be valid, however you will lose priority of entry.
In case the delay goes beyond 8:55am you will be asked to pay the difference in price between an ordinary reservation and the discounted one.
GALLERIA DEGLI UFFIZI EARLY MORNING:
For those who decide to visit the Museum between 8:15am and 8:55am the full priced ticket will cost 19€ instead of the usual 25€.
To book online the discounted ticket you will just have to open the B-Ticket website, selecting the option "BUY YOUR TICKETS" situated in the "UFFIZI EARLY MORNING" tab.
It will be possible to select the date and time of the visit, and after that the type of ticket desired.

We remind you that by purcasing yout tickets online you will have to pay an additional 4€ (which is the fee of reservation) that grants priority of entry at the date and time selected.
The visitors that want to obtain the discount, purchasing the tickets directly at the ticket office, need to purchase them by 8:45am with admission compulsory not later than 8:55am.
Possible waiting times to access the ticket office cannot be estimated. Therefore, being in line before 8:45am cannot ensure the purchase of "early morning" discounted tickets nor can they be ensured if the allotted quota are over before 8:45am.
