If for some reason you no longer have access to the email address connected to the account on the B-Ticket ticket sales site, you can request support from our operators.
Scroll down to this article or in the menu at the top right and click on "Submit a request", filling out the relevant contact form:
- indicating the email address no longer accessible;
- providing a new email address to link to your account;
- by selecting "Ticketing" -> "User" as the Request type;
Once the request has been resolved by one of our operators (you will receive an email closing the business) you will be able to independently reset the password and login to the reserved area again.
