If you received a broken item we invite you to contact us via e-mail at helpshopuffizi@orbital-cultura.com or by filling the online form so that we can discuss the solution that best suits you.
Remember to point out your order number and please attach few pictures of the broken product you received.
The acknowledgment of receipt will be an automatic or manual e-mail sent by our Customer Service. If you did not receive the acknowledgment of receipt you should try to contact us again.
We will make every reasonable effort to replace the amaged product at our own expense and within a reasonable time.
When this is not possible, or is excessively burdensome you shall be entitled to terminate the 'Contract of Sale' and, consequently, to obtain a reimbursement for the purchase amount and product shipment, to the exclusion of any further liability from Uffizi Shop.
It is possible we could ask you to return the damaged item. The shipping costs of it will be selved by Uffizi Shop.
