If we shipped you an item that does not include what you ordered, you should contact us through e-mail help.gifts@labiennale.org as soon as possible, and we will discuss together the best solution that suits you.
Remember to point out your order number and please attach few pictures of the products you received.
The acknowledgment of receipt will be an automatic or manual e-mail sent by our Customer Service to you.
We will make every reasonable effort to replace the defective product at our own expense and within a reasonable time.
When this is not possible, or is excessively burdensome you shall be entitled to terminate the 'Contract of Sale' and, consequently, to obtain a reimbursement for the purchase amount and product shipment, to the exclusion of any further liability from La Biennale Gifts.
It is possible we could ask you to return the wrong item. The shipping costs of it will be selved by La Biennale Gifts.
