In case of early or delayed arrival, the tickets you booked on B-Ticket will still be valid, but with no guarantee as to priority of entry.
The only exception is Michelangelo's Secret Room, since the visit is organised in limited groups for each of the opening time slots. By arriving at an earlier or later time than the one of reservation you won't be able to visit it.
