The order confirmation, attached with the Print@Home ticket, is always sent to the e-mail adress indicated during the purchase.
If you have not received the e-mail or need to receive it again should go in your reserved area in the "My orders" section where you can check your history of tickets purchased.
By clicking on the link (situated under the order number) the order confirmation with the Print@Home ticket attached will be sent again to your email adress.
If you are still not receiving the email you can request support from our operators. Scroll down this article or in the menu at the top-right and click on "Submit a request" filling in the form.
