The order confirmation, attached with the Print@Home ticket, is always sent to the e-mail adress indicated during the purchase.
If you have not received the e-mail or need to receive it again depending on which website you made the order the procedure differs.
B-TICKET
If you purchased the ticket from the B-Ticket website in your reserved area in the "My orders" section you can check your history of tickets purchased.
By clicking on the link (situated under the order number) the order confirmation with the Print@Home ticket attached will be sent again to your email adress.
If you are still not receiving the email you can request support from our operators. Scroll down this article or in the menu at the top-right and click on "Submit a request", filling out the relevant contact form.
UFFIZI SHOP
If you purchased the ticket from the Uffizi Shop website logging in the personal area of your account is present the history of tickets purchased.
By selecting “Orders” then “View” and finally clicking on “Show Ticket" you will be able to download your Print@Home ticket.
