If you visit our web platforms for ticket sales (B-Ticket, BeCulture and Uffizi Shop) and the icons of the desired days or time slots are gray and not clickable the attraction could be closed (you can consult the opening hours in the mentioned web platforms or on the specific page of the attraction). Otherwise, it means online tickets are sold out.
If online tickets are sold out, you can still book the tickets in the specific time slot or day by trying to contact the call center.
Call centers and online platforms have distinct quantities of tickets on sale, which means that the exhaustion of tickets on certain days or time slots does not indicate a sold out for the other mode of purchase as well.
The call center service of the museums of the Florentine Museum Pole is active from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 18:30 and on Saturdays from 8:30 to 18:00 at +39 055 294883.
If the call center tickets are also sold out, the only other way to buy them is at the physical ticket office of the museum or archaeological park you wish to visit. In this case you will not have the priority of entry guaranteed by the reservation and you will have to queue to enter.
For the Vasari Corridor, the Secret Room of Michelangelo and the Royal Apartments of Pitti Palace due to the limited number of places available (the visits are made in groups at pre-established times) it is mandatory to book and won’t be possible to purchase them on the day of the visit.
For the Royal Apartments of Pitti Palace it is not possible to book tickets via call center, but exclusively online.
