Part of the visit takes place outside, on the 6° floor, on a grilled walkway with stairs and views of very busy areas. For this reason it is important to respect some rules:
• Access is not permitted in high or barefoot heels;
• visitors under 16 must be accompanied by a licensed adult (a person who has reached the age of 18 and is a relative or has a proxy) and held hands during the visit;
• Access to animals is not permitted;
• Bulky items are not allowed;
• Access by strollers and prams is not permitted;
• Appropriate clothing is required;
• Follow the Staff's instructions;
• No behavior that disturbs other visitors or safety;
• Smoking, running, leaning or sticking objects over parapets is not permitted;
• Management reserves the right to deny entry or remove anyone who does not comply with the rules.
