We are sorry, but it is not possible to refund tickets once purchased, as written in the Rules of Service, which you must accept before proceeding with the order checkout.
In case of mild bad weather Highline will remain accessible and open and tickets will be non-refundable.
In the event of severe weather, Highline must close to the public for safety reasons. In these cases Highline will contact you to inform you of the cancellation and refund of purchased tickets.
