Unfortunately there is no other channel other than message via phone to receive the TAN code to register an account on B-Ticket
If you still do not receive the code via SMS, we recommend booking the tickets by contacting the call center at +39 055 294883, from Monday to Saturday.
Otherwise you can try to buy them directly at the establishment's ticket office (except Michelangelo's Secret Room, for which the reservation is mandatory), but you won't have priority of entry and will have to do the queue.
