Remember to point out your order number and please attach a picture of the parcel.
The acknowledgment of receipt will be an automatic or manual e-mail sent by our Customer Service to you. If this e-mail is not received, you should try to contact us again.
We will make every reasonable effort to deliver the missing product at our own expense and within a reasonable time.
When this is not possible, or is excessively burdensome you shall be entitled to obtain a reimbursement of the article.
