In accordance with articles 64 et seq. of Legislative order n.206/05, the Customer can exercise the Right of withdrawal of a product bought through Firenze Musei Store without penalty and without specifying the reason.
For this purpose, you must write us (with acknowledgement of receipt) at help@firenzemuseistore.com or by filling the online form, within 10 working days after receiving the product.
The acknowledgment of receipt will be an automatic or manual e-mail sent by our Customer Service. If this e-mail is not received you should try to contact us again.
For returning products excercising the right of withdrawal you will have to pay the shipping expenses using the courier of your choice.
Upon verification of the returned item’s integrity, we are going to refund the entire amount paid, excluding shipping charges. The refund will be made in the same manner in which the order was placed, within 30 calendar days of its receipt at our headquarters.
The right of withdrawal will be revoked if the product is: not returned intact, in the absence of integral product elements, or damaged for reasons other than shipping and transportation.
