The maximum number of tickets you can purchase online on B-Ticket making a single order is 10, of which up to a maximum of 8 can be booked for the same time slot.
If your group surpasses this number the only way to book in advance the tickets is by contacting the call center at +39 055 294883, active from Monday to Friday.
School Groups must reserve tickets through the call center regardless of the number of visitors.
If you are having trouble booking even if the numbers of visitors is lower than 8 we ask you to 'Submit a request' to our Customer Service.
