The maximum number of tickets you can purchase online making a single order is 10, of which up to a maximum of 8 can be booked for the same time slot.
If your group surpasses this number the only way to book in advance the tickets is by contacting the call center at +39 055 294883, active from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm or Saturdays from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.
School Groups must reserve tickets through the call center regardless of the number of visitors.
If you are having trouble booking even if the numbers of visitors is lower than 8 we ask you to 'Submit a request' to our Customer Service.
