Therefore we do not sale nor provide assistance for the tickets of the following institutions: Uffizi, Palazzo Pitti, Giardino di Boboli and Corridoio Vasariano.
As such, ticket purchases for these institutions were made on other ticketing sites. We suggest that you seek their contacts for related assistance.
The institutions whose tickets are on sale on B-Ticket and for which we provide assistance are part of the GAMB, namely the museum sites of the Galleria dell'Accademia Institute in Florence and the Bargello Museums: Accademia Gallery, Museo Nazionale del Bargello, Cappelle Medicee, Michelangelo's Secret Room, Orsanmichele, Palazzo Davanzati and Casa Martelli.
